Hello! When I click More actions → Create card from message (Trello) in Slack, nothing happens—no modal window, no error message, no log entry in the channel.
The slash command /trello create still works and opens the card-creation dialog every time.

I have tried everything (unlink, reconnecting...). My team also has the same problem.
Pls fix it. Thank you!
Is anyone from support actually paying attention here? I need a real, timely answer - not another copy-and-paste checklist that sends me on a scavenger hunt or leaves me waiting for days. This bug is blocking our work right now, and the silence is ridiculous. Please bring in someone who can give a clear answer about the situation...
Hi there! The "Create card from message" shortcut creates a card in your Trello Inbox from that message with no next step. Can you check in your Inbox in Trello and see if the card was created there? From the Inbox, you can move the card to any board.
Although there isn't a next step, there should still have been a confirmation message after the card was created. Did you receive any message like this in Slack? If the original message was in a pubic channel, the confirmation message would have appeared there. Otherwise, it would have been a direct message from the Trello app.
If you need to interact with the modal instead of having the card go directly to your Inbox, you can do that by going to the "Home" tab for the Trello app (look for Trello in the App section of your Slack sidebar, or add it if it's not already listed there) and turning off "Skip card customization." You can also check to see if confirmation messages are turned on there.
